Terms

These are plain, general terms for using this site. We will check them again before the store opens.

The site

Afloat is a daily show about one boat. This site shows where she is and what the audience picked. The site is given as it is. It can change, pause or stop at any time.

The store

Everything in the store is for looks only. A ticket or a billboard puts a name on the show. It does not make the boat bigger or faster.

• Prices are shown before you pay. Payment goes through a payment provider, not through this site.
• A name on the show must be a name you may use. Rude or hateful names are not shown and are not refunded.
• Digital items are made for you when you buy them. They cannot be returned once they are shown.

Privacy

This site has no accounts, no tracking and no ads. It reads one public file about the boat. If you buy something, the payment provider handles your details under its own rules. The site keeps the name you want shown and nothing else.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. It only keeps small notes in your own browser, like that you have seen the cookie note. You can clear them in your browser at any time.
